To get to the 3rd floor of our building, you can use the stairs (you will see the sign outside pointing at it) or go inside of the building and use the elevator (go to the 3rd floor). There should be parking in front of the building, if not - there is lots of parking in the back!
If you are coming from I-40, you will pass the YMCA on the left before you see our 3-story building on the left, turn to the Pegasus Drive. The sign says "940 Airport Road". If you are coming from UNC - Chapel Hill or downtown Chapel Hill, our building will be on your right after you pass the police station and "life science law" building. Turn to Pegasus Drive.
The Physicians' office is the building on the left, our building is in the back and to the right. Our building is hard to miss if you know you are looking for a 3-storey building with large glass windows. If your GPS is old, you might have to plug in "930 Airport Road", b/c MLK used to be Airport Rd.

Why "Multiverse"?
"Multiverse", the term coined by the American philosopher and psychologist William James in 1895, means a set of multiple possible universes (including the one you consistently experience) that together comprise everything that existed, exists, and will exist - the entirety of time, space, matter, and energy.
Our practice is called "Healing Multiverse Massage Therapy in Chapel Hill" because we believe in multidimensional healing. Our sessions are never about just "the physical manipulation of the tissues". We provide a place of support, comfort, silence, and acceptance where healing occurs "multiversally" (in mind, body, and spirit). It's empowering! You are the one HEALING yourself, while we are there to guide and support you.

How often do you get massages, Natalie??
Did you know that most massage therapists don't even believe in their own work and rarely get massages themselves (I learned that in my latest continuing education class where my fellow therapists revealed that they don't find time to take care of themselves and rarely get massages themselves)? Ooopsie!
Personally, eat 95% raw food vegan diet (uncooked fruits and veggies), exercise, and I get massages every 2 weeks no matter what my financial situation is, unless I have a sports injury or a significant stressor in my life (when I was going through a divorce, I was getting massages every week, which kept me sane). I volunteer at least 50% of my work time to help the poor and with the rescue squad as an EMT, so 99% chance I make less money than you; I just don't go out to eat as much and don't buy unnecessary clothes and nick-knacks. If health is your priority, it's easier to allocate the funds for massages, yoga, healthy food, gym, water, etc.
I live what I teach my students and my clients.
Investing in massage therapy, yoga, gym, pool, healthy food (fruits and veggies), water, and rest is not a luxury, it's an investment in your own health and well-being. Making healthy choices daily helps you save on medical bills long-term and raises/prolongs your quality of life.
Taking part in creating your health by regularly scheduled self-care sessions can play a huge part in how healthy you’ll be and how youthful you’ll remain inside out with each year. Massage is not a luxury, it's a health care necessity. Budgeting time and money for bodywork at consistent time intervals is an investment in your own health. Massage appointments are a necessary piece of your health and wellness plan, so make sure you work with your therapist to establish a treatment schedule that best meets your needs, desires, goals, and budget. Invest in your health now and reap all the proven benefits of massage therapy. Personally, it helps me to schedule massages ahead of time, so that I don't get "too busy", like most of us regularly do.
